Pretty great show experience tonight. We had a great crowd of Coalition members present, and a lot of fine looking ladies and gentlemen getting down to the sounds of UGC. Of course the evening was started off with some YUMMY Bangkok Orchid food, which was in great abundance and a perfect compliment to the night of grooving that followed.

We got to hang with the Phonostatic guys, who opened for us, and were very cool and also played a VERY funky set. Really good musicianship in that group. I was kind of sorry to hear that they were going to take a lot of the summer off - I guess we'll just have to wait to see them play again.

We all played pretty well tonight, and I felt we had good vibes among the band which allowed us to communicate well musically. I had the most fun tonight playing the new song "Room 410", 'cause I get to do this funky little cowbell thing in the break part.

I met a lot of really nice folks tonight at the merch table while we were meeting and greeting. After the show, we went to an after bar at our friend Angie's house. That is a whole different story on its own, and one that probably shouldn't be repeated here. I hope so see you all at our summer shows.

Until then, peace!
Love,
Brian
