Monique Desire has signed on with UGC as a full-time member for the next year. She will be sharing vocalist duties with newly discovered singing sensation Sean Berry.

Producer/Director Jason Williams has just informed us that our video for "Train to Forever" has won an award at the WAPC Video Festival. We would like to join him in thanking all who participated in the project, including the actors, techs, fans, the Rave, and the East Troy Electric Railroad.

Our 2nd Annual Hunger Task Force Benefit was again a huge success! Along
with our partners Milwaukee Ale House, we collected $1000 and a big stack
of food items to feed hungry people. Once again, you peeps proved you're
the best.

Looks like we're finally going to debut the video we shot for Train to
Forever, last summer/fall. The tentative date is Friday June 18 at Points
East Pub on Milwaukee's East Side.

The Hunger Task Force Benefit was a huge success! We collected $800, with
our partners Milwaukee Ale House to present to Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee.
That's in addition to all of the food items collected at the door! You
Coalition peeps are the best.

UGC is taking a few weeks off to write and relax. We'll be playing Madison,
Milwaukee, and Green Bay in December. Jason Williams is working on the
video and it should be out around January.

Upside Groove Coalition has been slated to record a song at Interstate
Music's recording studio, that will appear on IM's latest CD compilation
project. UGC will play a showcase at their New Berlin store on May 17
to celebrate the release of the compilation disc.

currently looking at studios to record at, and are looking at an early
